Selling Your Home?

If your home does not have a sewer lateral compliance certificate issued within the past 10 years, you'll need a Sewer Lateral Line Inspection before closing (ideally before listing your home).

If repairs are required, the sale cannot close until the repairs are completed or an escrow account is established.

All other Misc. Charges = 3.75% or $2.50 minimum service fee

Multiple utility billing accounts can be added to one single sign-on account.
